Cremation Options Services | Cremation Options | General Price List Personalized commemoration A growing number of families are choosing cremation, which offers opportunities for a personalized funeral service, memorial service or graveside service to commemorate the life of a loved one. At Goodwin Funeral Home and Cremation Services, we listen attentively to families to help them create a meaningful service that will reflect the individuality of the deceased and fulfill the wishes of the family. Distinctive cremation choices A variety of options are available to those who choose cremation. Each of the cremation choices below includes a personal consultation with the family to determine the services desired, transfer of the deceased and cremation services. Premier Cremation Service This service offers many of the same benefits as a funeral service and burial. A family may select a casket for viewing and visitation hours on one day, followed the next day by a funeral ceremony in the Goodwin Funeral Home and Cremation Services chapel or at a religious or other facility. Custom Cremation Service Family members may select a casket for viewing and visitation hours, which are held on the same day as a funeral ceremony held in the Goodwin Funeral Home and Cremation Services chapel or at another facility. Cremation and Memorial Service A memorial service commemorating the life of the deceased is held in the Goodwin Funeral Home and Cremation Services chapel or at another facility. Cremation with Private Viewing A private family viewing at Goodwin Funeral Home and Cremation Services precedes transportation of the deceased for cremation. Basic Cremation The deceased is transported directly to the crematorium by Goodwin Funeral Home and Cremation Services for cremation.
